- cocktails & general liquor knowledge
- ability to work in a fast paced environment with a ‘can do attitude’
- understanding of budgeting systems and rostering
- outstanding communication and guest service skills

- a passion for the hospitality industry

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- to provide amazing service to our guests and secure repeat business
- to promote the venue and bar offerings on social media
- to be actively involved with suppliers to secure the best deals and be up to date with new product trends
- to take an active role in recruitment, training and developing junior team members to impart knowledge of products and bar skills
- to consistently inspire team members to achieve the highest level of service and adopt a ‘customer first’ approach to dealing with problems and issues
- to maintain company standards of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness
- to manage supply and stock levels for bars at agreed levels
- to contribute to the profitability of the restaurant and maintain product and cash security

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
