About the role:

Bar & Beverage staff / supervisor

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar food and beverage role.

  • Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and regulations

  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
