Join to apply for the Senior Technical Producer - Unpublished R&D Product role at Riot Games.
Overview
Producers lead teams, initiatives and products from conception through launch and operation inside of the gaming space. They create and align teams to product vision, have a deep understanding of player needs, competitors and market conditions, and are able to balance scope, quality and time to predictably deliver at a high quality bar for players.
As a Senior Technical Producer on an Unpublished R&D Product, you will be responsible for driving production efforts on a features team, supporting the development of player-facing systems such as social features, personalization, and store capabilities. You will provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced producers. You will keep the players' experience, as well as the experience of dev teams within Riot, in mind as you track progress, deliver products/features, and organize priorities and goals. You will work within a cross functional team of engineers, designers and artists to support the team in delivering genre-defining experiences to our players. Your group will consist of Rioters across the globe, including Sydney and North America. You will report to a Senior Production leader supporting the R&D Game Team.
This is a full-time role, based in Sydney, Australia.

- Ensure optimal team health, culture, efficacy, and efficiency
- Communicate team staffing needs as they arise
- Continuously improve work systems to push toward development best practices
- Support the team by removing roadblocks and managing distractions
- Be responsible for the execution of risk management, velocity tracking, progress reporting, and quality validation processes at both sprint and milestone levels
- Collaborate across teams and products to deliver a unified experience
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and keep them informed of progress, risks and pivots
- Provide essential product feedback and insight to the team and leadership

- Experience leading teams through feature development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support)
- Familiarity with 3rd party engines (Unreal or Unity) and their components; understanding how engineers use and integrate with them to support development
