As the **Electrical Supervisor** you will supervise our team of Electricians on our newly awarded meter exchange project. This hands-on role will provide leadership and support to our technicians in the field and involve training, auditing and escalations to achieve zero harm, safe systems of work, quality and performance objectives. Company vehicle provided.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant Electrical experience working in a similar role within Metering / Utilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with well-developed interpersonal and leadership capability
- Demonstrated experience supervising work crews and leading by example
- Current Electrical License and relevant Metering qualifications
- Current drivers’ licence
- Working collaboratively to ensure compliance to policies, procedures and work orders
- Ensure that the environment is safe, and zero harm initiatives are implemented and followed by work crews
- Highly skilled with technology and programs
