TechnipFMC is currently looking to hire a permanent Service Project Planner to join our team in Henderson. The successful individual will be expected to work autonomously on recertification and refurbishment projects. This will involve the monitoring and scheduling of the flow of materials, assemblies and inventory. You will also be responsible for performing detailed inventory analyses and addressing problems in an effort to keep system data accuracy high, excess inventory minimized, and manufacturing plans on schedule.

**Job description**:

- Conducts planning and execution of MMR, IMR, and Refurbishment of customer and company owned assets.
- Manages entry and releases of sales and service orders in order to meet customer demands
- Maintains and updates the execution plan for MMR, IMR and refurbishment scopes.
- Monitors the flow of equipment through the workshop, establishes and maintains KPI’s and performance metrics for throughput
- Generally assists in Workshop areas in prioritization efforts
- Analyses supply and demand of inventory and long-lead parts and takes corrective actions as needed to alleviate schedule impacts or excess inventory
- Recommends improvements to the current working methods, process and procedures
- Works autonomously in day to day tasks
- Monitors the flow of inventory throughout projects
- Executes complex inventory carrying, usage, and planning decisions based on own research and decision-making.
- Organise 3rd Party Inspectors to visit Henderson and Other site our equipment is located, review.
- Organise recertification of all calibrated and lifting equipment and hydraulic hoses, review.
- Liaise with Field Service Technicians and Service Project Managers on spares, tooling and PPE.

**You are meant for this job if you ideally have**:

- Experience preferred but not necessary
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with field service experience
- Knowledge of API Q1/Q2 and TechnipFMC processes and specifications preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing and presentation skills. Good English essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills to coordinate resources to meet customer requirements within a team environment
- Competent in business systems including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service
- Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
