Job Title: Barista
Part-time (3-4 days per week)

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Simon's Cafe is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. We are a busy cafe located in the heart of Windsor and we are looking for someone who can work 3-4 days per week, including weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Ensure that the cafe is always clean and well-maintained
- Take customer orders and ensure that they are accurately prepared and delivered in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment and tools
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required
- Follow health and safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista in a high-volume cafe or restaurant
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $23.50 per hour
