What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading and mentoring our talented front-of-house and barista teams to deliver top-notch service
- Overseeing daily café operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly, from open to close
- Managing staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and happy team
- Handling inventory, supplier orders, and maintaining our high standards of quality
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming, friendly café atmosphere
- Ensuring the café meets all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Keeping an eye on financials and helping drive sales growth and profitability

What You Bring:

- Proven experience as a Café Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A knack for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Passion for great coffee, food, and creating a positive café environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
