Due to our continued growth we have a newly created opportunity for a Territory Service Manager to join our team and manage a team of Field Service Technicians. To be successful in this role, you will possess previous team management experience and the ability to continue growing your team to deliver a high level of customer service to our customers.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and guide a team of Field and site based Service Technicians
- Manage budget requirements to ensure targets are achieved
- Continuously seek improvements to drive efficiency, profitability and productivity in our processes and customer experiences
- Attend review meetings with customers as required
- Identify and implement business initiatives and strategies to grow revenue and gross margin
- Implement and drive regular meetings with Service Technicians in a collective and individual basis to support and monitor performance
- Implement training and development initiative for Service Technicians when required

**Requirements for success**:

- Experience in the material handling industry is preferred
- Previous team management and leadership experience
- Demonstrated strong communication skills - verbally and written
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, P&Ls and ability to implement improvement initiatives
- Experience managing strong relationships and delivering high level of customer service
