About the role

Attitude is paramount. Engage with our customers. Serve them promptly and provide an excellent first and last impression for everyone who enters our building.

Primarily your focus will be on traditional front office tasks (processing reservations, checking people in/out, cash handling and balancing, dealing with telephone enquiries etc) however you will also find yourself making coffee's, serving drinks from our bar, assisting guests with questions about TV and AC controls, servicing the odd room in a pinch.....a role with plenty of variety.

You can also have the opportunity to cross train to other departments of the hotel.

Core duties and responsibilities
- Fully vaccinated
- Availability across a 7 day roster.
- Perform all duties associated with the Hotel Front Office.
- Maintain the hotel property management system and documentation efficiently.
- Lobby Shop sales.
- Serve customers as required and ensure guest satisfaction is maximised
- Ensure privacy of information of our guests and belongings
- Maintain good working relationship with colleagues
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Skills and Experience
- Good customer service skills and a positive outlook even under stress are paramount
- Experience with Opera is beneficial
- RSA qualified
- Own transport is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $21.08 - $32.62 per hour
