**The Cluster Director of Marketing is a full time position and reports into the Complex General Manager and is responsible to lead and manage the Marketing Strategy for Marriott Docklands and AC Southbank Hotels**

Position Summary:

- Lead the execution of marketing strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analyzing market information
- Responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the hotel’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects
- Ensures the team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives, setting the pace in the industry
- Become a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring them
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Create and allocate marketing budget and expenses
- Creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
- Conducting market research and up to date with latest trend
- Ensure you and your like-minded team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott core values
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team

About You:

- Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
- Prior Marketing experience within the hospitality sector
- Working rights in Australia
- Passion for the industry

- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
