- Is flexible from working on their own and with other people

Your role:

- Greet and welcome our patients
- Manage the appointment book
- Chat confidently with our patients about dental work if needed
- Use Dental software program
- Submit insurance claims and process payments
- Opening and closing of the clinic
- Be familiar with marketing and social media
- Provide our patients with excellent service
- Follow up patients for recalls and incomplete treatments
- Have a positive attitude to our patients dental care
- Be flexible and willing to do jobs in the practice that you see are required

**Experience**:

- 1 year (preferred)
- Can assist with and has knowledge on implant surgeries.
- Basic knowledge on using D4W program (preferred)
