We are seeking an experienced and passionate lover of wine to direct our bar programme. You'll be working alongside extremely passionate and driven individuals to grow and develop an extensive wine list, educate staff and customers, and to help promote a professional culture of discovery, curiosity and top notch customer service.

We're currently embarking on an exciting renovation that will allow us more seats and a more extensive wine list. With this in mind we are seeking like minded individuals to join our team.

You must have...
- Relevent experience with a strong knowledge of wine
- Flexible schedule, a strong work ethic with an open minded approach
- Passion for discovery and a desire to work in a team environment

You will be required to...
- Work up to 38hrs per week predominently on the restaurant floor with time designated for admin, tastings and staff training.
- Direct bar operations, including correct procedures, stock ordering and managment, and costing.
- Uphold and promote top notch customer service at all times.

Albert's Wine Bar is an intimate neighbourhood wine bar located in Armadale, Victoria, behind the historic King's Arcade and opposite Armadale Train Station. We have an exciting list of new and old world wine that is growing, and we offer a simple tapas style menu with a focus on top quality ingredients. We are a young and passionate team of food and wine lovers who are constantly looking for ways to deepen our knowlede and industry experience.
