We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fashion Retail Store Manager to join the Ferrari Formalwear family to lead and develop our team at Myer North Lakes.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for our customers.

**This is a full time position and you will need to have the flexibility to be able to work over the weekends and late night trade if required.**

Experience in menswear preferred, however if you understand the challenges of volume retail and love to chase sales this could be right up your alley

You should be a confident team leader, who possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their staff, have experience in high end customer service and fantastic organizational skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Lakes, QLD 4509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
