**The role**

The Customer and Executive Services Lead assists management in the development of new strategies, initiatives and procedures and is responsible for coordinating and delivering responses to correspondence and agency requests, contributing to effective and efficient service delivery that supports Department and Government commitments.

This dynamic role will see you engage with senior stakeholders in Government, prepare, manage and review the provision of high-level communications and correspondence including budget estimates, briefs, cabinet submissions, complex customer interactions and informal advice ensuring compliance with established standards and branding requirements.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Experience in analysing complex information as well as providing timely and accurate advice and support.
- High level of organisational skills with the ability to streamline processes, plan, co-ordinate and implement actions
- Superior verbal and written communication skills applied to influence and persuade, including th**o**rough drafting correspondence and reports, and highly effective stakeholder and customer service management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Maintains meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in law, communications, public policy, political science or other relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience
