**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Project management for key customer service initiatives. Proactively research and present new initiatives to Head of Digital and Ecommerce to improve the customer experience.
- Performs market research and competitior analysis to ensure customer experience and delivery experience is at the highest level.

**Ideally you will have**:
- Proven customer support experience as an Online Customer Service Executive, preferably within fashion and retail industry.
- Familiarity with online store backends, ERPs and warehouse systems and practices. Bonus for Shopify and Zendesk experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
