**Role Overview**:
As an integral part of our club, you’ll work closely with the Club Manager to create a welcoming environment, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional experience for our members.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Engage with Members**: Build strong relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring they feel supported on their fitness journey.
- **Drive Membership Growth**: Assist in developing sales and marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- **Keep Operations Smooth**: Support the Club Manager in the day-to-day running of the club, including administration, facility upkeep, and compliance.
- **Lead with Passion**: Be a proactive team player, inspiring others with your enthusiasm for health and fitness.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A customer-focused individual with **excellent interpersonal and communication skills**.
- Strong **organizational skills** and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for health and fitness with a willingness to grow within the industry.
- Current **First Aid and CPR certifications** (or willingness to obtain).
- Police and Working with Children Checks (required for working with under-18 members).
- Bonus: Certificate III or IV in Fitness, Personal Training certification, or fitness industry experience.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Penalty rates
