Commercial Gutter Cleaner
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine gutter cleaning and maintenance for commercial properties.
2. Inspect gutters for damage, leaks, or other issues that may require repair or replacement.
3. Remove debris, leaves, and other obstructions from gutters using appropriate tools and equipment.
4. Ensure that downspouts are clear and functioning properly to prevent water damage to the building.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate scheduling and address any concerns or special requests.
7. Document work performed, including before and after photos, to provide clients with thorough documentation of services rendered through our reporting app.
All TRAINING GIVEN
1. Previous experience in commercial gutter cleaning or related field preferred.
2. Knowledge of gutter systems, including types of materials, installation methods, and common maintenance issues.
3. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems or areas in need of attention.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
7. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.
