**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker fluent in Mandarin. This role involves providing personal care, assistance with daily activities, and support for social and community participation, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Immediate start available

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver personal care and support following a person-centred approach.
- Assist clients with daily living, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in engaging with their communities and participating in activities.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and team members.
- Ensure services are delivered with respect for the clients’ dignity and independence.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field.
- Experience in disability or aged care services.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid Certificate.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $41.08 per hour

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
