About the role:
The requires support staff to undertake routine processes and procedures to assist in providing participants with quality care in nursing and disability support services as well as taking a holistic approach in line with the customer service and in compliance with the organization's policies, processes and procedures, to meet the NDIS standards

To be successful in this role you will be required to address the following selection criteria;
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments;
- Experience in working with and supporting adults deemed as having significant complexity in their lives.
- Being courteous and have excellent customer service skills
- Understanding and commitment to the NDIS Standards and Work Health and safety;
- Understanding of human rights and the challenges facing those with a disability;
- Current NSW Driver's Licence

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.50 - $56.00 per hour
