Big Loaf Factory Bakery is a wholesale bakery in O'Connor, supplying Perth with the finest Australian bread and pastries. We're 'roll-ing' out a couple of new positions for a casual Pastry Assistant to 'puff' up our legendary team.

**What you will do?**

Our direct connection to the retail consumer means that despite being a wholesale factory operation, you still have the chance to have some creative input and respond to the changing needs of customers. Our pasty and bread offering includes:

- Selection of hand curated breads
- Puff pastry
- Sausage rolls and pies
- Magnificent croissants
- Fillings like creme patisserie and our famous jam
- Cakes, vanilla slices and other delectable treats and of course... cinnamon scrolls

**What can we offer you?**
- We are looking for a Pastry Assistant keen to primarily work mornings with finish times according to position and production demands.
- We pay according to the relevant award, your qualifications (if any) and your experience and what can you bring to the team?
