As a business, we are in an exciting growth phase and will be looking to add an Aftermarket Sales Manager to the team in our Ballarat Head Office location.

**About The Opportunity**:
This position is responsible for managing and mentoring Customer Support Advisors (CSA's) to meet annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction in the region. You will play a pivotal part in promoting Brandt's product support solutions, empowering your team to make a real impact in meeting our customers' needs.
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Develop annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth.
- Educate CSA's on promoting Brandt's product support initiatives.
- Manage CSA processes, including call reporting and target setting.
- Assist CSAs with key customer calls and accounts.
- Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly.
- Analyze regional coverage and engage with larger accounts to promote offerings.
- Provide insights on industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence on competition and customer trends.
- Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify new product opportunities and collaborate internally.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in sales management, adept at driving the sales process from start to finish.
- Strong expertise in the heavy equipment industry, particularly in repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under time pressure.
- Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with a competitive drive.
- Strong collaboration skills to influence and motivate others.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
