**About us**
The Lovedale Cafe, the Hunter Valley's standalone Cafe operated by and in conjunction with the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley. Located amidst the Hunter Valley Visitor's Information Centre on Wine Country Drive and a short distance across the fairways to the resort. We are currently seeking a full-time Cafe Team Supervisor to join our team.
**Your day to day**
- up procedures and be responsible for clearing, resetting and cleaning of Cafe after service periods, i.e. be familiar with closing procedures including cashiering. Local knowledge of the area is a must as you will be required to help field enquiries for the resort and hotel rooms which will be sold via the Cafe.
**What we need from you**
You'll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You'll hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol, have exceptional Barista skills, be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Ideally you'll have at least two years supervisory experience in a similar or customer service role in a hotel environment, have the ability to communicate at all levels and have a real passion for ensuring our customers have the best experience. You must meet the legal requirement to work in Australia.
