**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Nielsen Sports is looking for a new team member to join the growing Client Service team, who are responsible for managing the relationships with our portfolio of clients. This role would suit someone who is looking to take on a client facing role and has an interest in sport marketing and research.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Day-to-day contact for a range of clients, responsible for maintaining client relationships with support from the broader Client Service team
- Oversee the end-to-end project delivery for client projects (including kick-off through to presentation), covering consumer insights, media evaluation, sponsorship valuations, and economic impact studies
- Perform quality checks/reviews on all reports for alignment to request and accuracy
- Communicate client needs or queries to appropriate team members
- Assist with on-boarding and training clients on Nielsen-owned analysis tools
- You will be required to monitor and manage processes, both internal and external, work closely with other Nielsen team members and interact with clients

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelor Degree, preferably with a business/commerce background
- Interest in the business of sports, media, events, and entertainment and a sound understanding of the Australian sports landscape
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and high level of business acumen
- High levels of attention to detail
- Understanding of numbers, with the ability to interpret and present data, both visually and verbally
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with excellent project and time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Recent university graduates are encouraged to apply
- Past experience with customer or client facing roles in a sport, marketing or business environment would be looked upon favourably
