**About the Company**:

**The Role**:
Our Direct Care Coordinators develop, manage and deliver optimised rosters for our Victorian workforce:
First point of contact for Direct Care delivery staff, service brokerage providers and external agencies

Provide timely and customised support to our aged care customers

Rostering staff whilst considering customers unique service requirements and staff skills sets, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness

**For You**:
You'll work within a supportive team of rostering and administrative professionals

Great salary packaging option up to $18,500 per annum.

Must be willing to have Covid-19 vaccinations and ideally influenza vaccination

**Skills and Experience**:
A positive can-do attitude with ability to engage with a range of customers and staff

Demonstrated rostering capabilities (in aged care advantageous)

Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Use of rostering systems such as Carelink+ and Salesforce will be highly regarded

Knowledge of the SCHADS award - desirable but not essential
