**About the Opportunity**

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Leisure Marketing team in developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the portfolio. This will include proposition development, marketing strategy optimisation and customer engagement/utilisation. This role will involve both inter-and-intra-state travel on an ad-hoc basis.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Leisure Marketing team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

- Develop marketing communications plans and briefs
- Coordinate content shoot of RACV Resorts as required
- Support Marketing Manager and Marketing Consultant in executing campaign elements
- Track campaign progress and communications, and report performance across lead indicators
- Realise tangible business improvement opportunities from campaign activity
- Engage in Post Implementation Reviews

**Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring.**

- 2+ years’ experience in marketing/campaign coordination
- Experience working in an agile environment (well regarded)
- Travel industry experience highly advantageous
- High level of stakeholder management experience
- Collaborative and adaptive mindset
- High level of attention to detail
