Delivery Driver

The Jamboree Haulers are looking for reliable and punctual Delivery Drivers to help us ensure timely delivery of party supplies and equipment to our customers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods from our warehouse to event locations, handling products with care, and providing excellent service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Safely transport products to customer locations in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.
- Maintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
- Adhere to all safety requirements particular to the equipment, including Federal and State laws.
- Use navigation tools to find the most optimal route.
- Interact with clients or event coordinators at drop-off points to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles as needed.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate to the vehicle type (e.g., Class B for large trucks).
- Clean driving record and proficient in defensive driving practices.
- Proven working experience as a delivery driver.
- Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience with GPS and other navigation systems.
- Experience in handling party equipment or other fragile inventory.

- Ability to handle physical workload; capable of lifting heavy objects.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work on weekends, evenings, and on short notice.
