**Job Description: Delivery Driver - Clean Laundry**

**Position Overview**:The Delivery Driver - Clean Laundry is a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of clean laundry to various properties from our head warehouse in Port Melbourne. This role requires excellent driving skills, exceptional customer service, and meticulous attention to detail to uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery Operations**: Safely operate delivery vehicles, following designated routes and schedules, to transport clean laundry to different properties in a timely and efficient manner.

**Loading and Unloading**: Load clean laundry onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper organization and securing items for safe transportation. Unload and distribute laundry items at designated properties while maintaining their cleanliness and condition.

**Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels on the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper tracking of items and reporting any discrepancies to the warehouse team.

**Problem Solving**: Handle any delivery-related issues or challenges, such as incorrect addresses, missing items, or delivery delays, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

**Time Management**: Efficiently manage delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries while maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.

**Qualifications**:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred.

Familiarity with GPS navigation and route optimization tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying deliveries.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and loading laundry items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-50 per week

**Salary**: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
