**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring raw material inventory processes and consumption at Clayton site across all production warehouses are efficient and effective.
- Ensure cycle count checks are completed within agreed timelines, physical stock matches system stock data either through paper based or RF scanning.
- Monitor and enforce procedures with the greater team and business to ensure inventory is correctly tracked, supplied, consumed or corrected.
- Continuous improvement of system driven picking and production supply processes.
- Continuous improvement of stock positioning in warehouses, ensuring storage is mirrored in SAP.
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory, staging and consumption issues. Implement appropriate system/process improvements to reduce errors.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of MRP and inventory principles and detailed knowledge of resulting systems.
- Demonstrated relationship skills to ensure a coherent team approach to all activities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities to ensure objectives are met on a timely basis.
- 3+ years experience in a batch production environment beneficial.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in EXCEL
- Strong understanding and user of SAP in particular SAP - HANNA 4.
