About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to work with the Car Park Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of The Prince Charles Hospital Car Parks.
About you
- Provide reception duties including responding to a broad range of face-to-face counter enquiries and phone calls, whilst liaising with patients, visitors and staff.
- Manage workload appropriately, prioritise tasks, ensure work is complete within designated timeframes occasionally in the absence of supervision.
- Perform cashier and daily banking functions including but not limited to receipting; EFTPOS and cash reconciliation, balancing of floats, change orders and associated documentation ensuring compliance with the Financial Management Practice Manual.
- Process invoices and receipting data in S4HANA and maintain appropriate record keeping documents on a daily basis.
