Event Manager

We have a full time position available as an **Event Manager**, working with some of Perth's best events, and biggest industrial sites. As we are a event business, delivery is everything

**Qualifications & experience**
- _A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as an Event organiser required (references will be required and referees will be contacted _
- _Experience in end-to-end case management _
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills _
- _Excellent stakeholder engagement skills _
- _Highly organised, detail oriented and strong attention to detail _
- _Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and be highly flexible to changing needs _
- _A general understanding of risk assessments in the context of public health is needed _
- _Police Clearance & National Criminal History Check _
- _Able to pass Drug & Alcohol testing _
- Responsibilities:_
- _Responsible for planning, managing, and organizing sensational events in the most efficient and cost-effective way _
- _Communicate with the client to understand their needs & requests for the event _
- _Negotiate and contract with vendors such as photographers, florists, caterers, technical and transportation services on a variety of goods and services like security, lighting, sound equipment, displays, stages, parking, food and drink and any other essential item to ensure the success of the event_
- _Create a budget that suits the client’s needs and ensure it is adhered to_
- _Hire and manage staff, as well as special guest appearance or any other suitable entertainer for the event_
- _Supervise staff & volunteers involved in event planning and execution to ensure that it respects client’s expectations _
- _Deal with the relevant authorities when necessary _
- _Ensure that the event meets all legal & safety requirements _
- To be considered for this full-time position, you will need the following:_
- _A formal qualification _
- _A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as an Event organiser required (references will be required and referees will be contacted)_

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Events management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
