**The opportunity**:
As a member of KBR, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team in the design and development of a range of training products. This is a challenging role, which will require you to be an autonomous, high-performing self-starter, who offers well established VET training and assessor experience and skills.

This position is a full time, permanent opportunity and can be based in either Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

**In this position you will**:
Design and develop a suite of blended courses including assessments

Instructionally design storyboards and develop eLearning modules

Engage and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop effective and engaging content in line with required learning outcomes

Develop Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and mapping documents

Ensure Vocational and Training and Assessor Currency and competency is up to date in line with RTO Standards 2015 and RTO policy

Deliver blended training

A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and Certificate IV in Vocational qualification (essential)

Recent (past 3 years) work experience or currency in a relevant vocational field (essential)

VET Instructor and Assessor experience in Certificate IV (or higher) in BSB40520, Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or BSB40920 Cert IV Project Management Practice

Experience in designing and developing blended training and assessment materials including mapping in line with VET standards

Ability to prepare training delivery resources, including pre-course administrative tasks

Ability to maintain continuous improvement of training courseware and update to ensure consistent with current practices

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, SME’s and cross-functional teams

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to produce high quality work that adheres to Style Guide requirements, within tight time frames

High-level proficiency within Microsoft Word, especially in regard to managing format, working within templates and visual layout

Experience in rapid development tools such as Lectora, Articulate Rise 360 etc

Experience in Student Management System (SMS) and Learner Management Systems (LMS)

Maintain Currency and attend PD activities as per the Standard for RTO 2015

Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (essential)
