About the School

Graceville State School is situated in a community which values education and see it as a path to a successful future. About the Role

In this role, you will:
Lead curriculum development and initiatives aligned with school and departmental goals.
Foster high standards of teaching and learning to achieve quality outcomes for all students.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Manage resources, including staff and budgets, to support curriculum goals effectively.
Champion inclusive practices and support a diverse school environment.

Assessment Criteria:
Applicants will be assessed on the following key capabilities:
Demonstrated teaching competence and ability to lead curriculum development to achieve quality learning outcomes for all students.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain productive relationships within and beyond the school community.
Analytical skills to contribute to educational outcomes and strategic decision-making.
Proven ability to lead and manage change within a school environment.
Commitment to fostering an organisational culture based on ethical, professional, and personal values.

Essential Requirements:
Current full or provisional registration as a teacher in Queensland.
Proven expertise in curriculum leadership and a commitment to professional growth.
