Our company is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Support Assistant to join an NSW Government organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of correctional administrative tasks, including general administrative duties such as switchboard, counter enquiries, visit bookings, weekend visits processing, data entry, telephone enquiries and records management. **Responsibilities**: - Perform general administrative duties including switchboard, counter enquiries, visit bookings, weekend visits processing, data entry, telephone enquiries and records management. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. - Utilize your proven experience and knowledge to meet the demands of this role effectively and provide high level assistance to the Management team. - Demonstrate resilience, high attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure in this fast-paced role. - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **Essential Requirements**: Ability to work on a rotating shift, including weekend work with working hours from 8am to 4pm.
