- 12 College is in Hoppers Crossing part of the City of Wyndham in the south
- west suburbs of Melbourne. It is approximately thirty-one kilometres from the Melbourne central business district. The school was initially opened as a secondary school in 1993. In 1998, the addition of the Callistemon site saw the college restructure to form a multi campus P
- 12 college.
The Deloraine year 7
- 12 site includes a central courtyard bordered by a sports science teaching and learning centre, science area, performing arts centre, year 9 precinct and library. The grounds include basketball and netball courts and multiple playing fields. The P
- 6 Callistemon site includes general classrooms, a STEM centre, library, adventure playgrounds and areas for intervention programs.
Enrolments at the time of the review were approximately 1841 students. Over the past four years, enrolments have risen from 1715 students in 2018. Projected enrolments in 2024 are 1988 (Callistemon: 746 students; Deloraine: 1242, this includes 20 international students).
The Student Family Occupation (SFO) index was 0.65 in 2023 and in 2024 it is projected to be 0.6243.
The Student Family Occupation Education (SFOE) index was 0.52 in 2023, and in 2024 it is projected to be 0.5060.

- 12 College includes a principal overseeing the whole college, a campus principal and three assistant principals at the primary F
- 6 Callistemon campus supported by five leading teachers and two learning specialists. At the Deloraine secondary 7
- 12 campus, the principal is supported by seven assistant principals, nine leading teachers and five learning specialists. There are 183 teachers (EFT) and 138 (EFT) educational support staff across the college. Both sites operate receptions with one business manager overseeing the operations of both sites.
In 2023, the college provided an approved curriculum framework differentiated to meet student needs. The primary school structure is single year level classes with identified students attending intervention support classes. Teachers plan in professional learning communities. The specialist programs are physical education, the arts, Languages other than English (LOTE)
The college provides multiple opportunities for student engagement, wellbeing, and learning. This includes the Year 4 ¿12 sports science program, primary school gymnastics, the high achievement and boost extension programs, and the Rainbow, Gold and Steppingstones support programs focusing on literacy, numeracy, and social emotional development. The college has implemented School Wide Positive Behaviours
- SWPBS- and respectful relationships. It takes significant pride in its Marrung strategy and ATSI cultural awareness programs. The school is accredited for international student intakes.

Following the School Review process, the College has identified three key components of context as foundations for future growth:
1. The College to become a designated Wyndham Network Sports Science Academy to support community demand.
2. Renewed planning for facilities upgrades, particularly for Years F - 6, Callistemon / Deloraine VCE studies Centre to reach similar standards of newer and neighbouring schools to meet our communities expectations regarding facilities.
3. Improved academic and high expectations culture, strongly aligned to significantly improved student learning outcomes.
