Our client has 55 years’ experience in the fashion industry, building wardrobes for men and women, helping them look and feel better in their clothing.

They’re currently offering an exciting Graduate Sales Program for an ambitious, hard-working, outgoing graduate who is passionate about fashion and seeks a professional opportunity in corporate sales.

On this graduate program you will learn and master prospecting, lead nurturing and appointment setting methodologies. Mentored by an experienced Sales Professional to support your sales activities and long-term career path.

**The Role**
- Seek potential new clients using CRM and social media platforms: build ongoing positive relationships
- Manage CRM database to ensure clientele is up to date and nurtured effectively
- Set goals to achieve a number of appointments per week
- Co-ordinate client & prospect research and identify potential connections to other ideal clients for referrals
- Assist with some customer service communications to provide a world-class experience to lead to further sales opportunities
- You'll join a commercial team working in a hands-on capacity which will have real purpose and impact thus helping you become one of the business leaders of tomorrow

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated who can work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
- Positive can-do attitude
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and building rapport with clientele
- Strong problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Efficient time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and effectively meet deadlines
- Deeply curious and passionate about people and team culture
- Passionate about fashion and styling
