**Team Leader - Service Delivery**

The City Operational Services Business Unit is has an exciting opportunity for an experience Team Leader to join our busy and dynamic City Presentation team.

You will be responsible for leading a team that delivers high quality maintainence services across our community. You will ensure work outcomes are achieved in a safe and efficient manner with a strong focus on providing a reliable service to the community.

The Team Leader City Presentation will manage all aspects of staff development and performance; operational reporting and the escalation of customer matters.

**About the Opportunity**
- Permanent, Full-Time, 9 day fortnight, 76 hours
- Salary from $87,352.39 to $101,210.58 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation
- Leaseback operational vehicle
- Deliver innovative services that promote and support our community

**Selection Criteria**:
Qualifications, Certificates & Licences
- Qualifications in management, or relevant experience
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Capacity to plan, prioritise and organise daily work schedules
- Demonstrated experience motivating and leading a team
- Knowledge of and experience of a related maintenance discipline
- Understanding of and commitment to WHS practices and EEO principles
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Appropriate written and oral communications skills
- Must be fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses) with an approved COVID-19 vaccine and provide Council with evidence of vaccination, or an accepted certified medical contraindication. Council reserves the right to confirm the validity of contraindications in accordance with NSW Health guidelines, and to direct a Worker to undertake an independent medical examination in relation to the issuance of a medical contraindication certificate.
