**About the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Volkswagen team at Alto Group's North Shore location as a Service Advisor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the service department. With a lucrative OTE of $110,000+, this is an excellent chance to develop your skills in a leading automotive brand.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing a high level of customer service and support to Volkswagen owners
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries, booking service appointments and managing the service schedule
- Inspecting vehicles, estimating repair costs and communicating these effectively to customers
- Ensuring all required paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
- Liaising with the service team to coordinate efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Identifying and actioning any additional work or upsell opportunities
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Volkswagen service department

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build excellent relationships with customers
- Proficiency in computer systems and automotive diagnostic software
- A thorough understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair processes
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A professional, courteous and helpful attitude at all times
- A current driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicle makes and models
