Leading Hand

**About the role**

As the Leading Hand (Construction) you will be part of the Capital Delivery Team and responsible for undertaking civil, municipal and landscape construction and maintenance work ensuring high standards are constructed for the community.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Operate and maintain plant and equipment
- Undertake site assessments, set out sites for work and conduct operational inspections
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Help build a positive and productive team culture

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A current C Class Drivers Licence
- General Safety Induction (Construction Industry) Card
- Certificate III and/or experience, expertise and competence sufficient to perform the duties of the role
- Belief in our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership

A pre-employment medical will be required for this role (including drug and alcohol testing).
