About the Role
- This is a customer first and people focused role with operational accountability. As Store Leader you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Optical, Retail and Clinical Professionals. A key part of the role will be coaching and developing the team to ensure our customers receive a best in class service whilst focusing on exceeding store profit and targets.- Working within our centrally located Perth store, you will join a close knit and customer focused team all set for their new leader. This position will be offered as permanent full time with the incredible opportunity to head out to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) base in Pearce once a month. The primary roster will be Monday to Friday one week and Tuesday to Saturday the next (Saturday only till 2pm).- About You- You will be inspired and driven by the opportunity to work with a global leader in health care that is on the path towards an exciting transformation.- About your Experience:Australian Citizen (required for entry to ADF base)
-Strong understanding of the day to day operations of a retail or preferably an optical practice
-Proven track record in leading and coaching a team to achieve kpis
-Capability to balance performance whilst supporting and developing our people
-Pride in product and store - maintaining the highest standards promoting our professional image (including reporting and administration)
