We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards specific to the hospitality and food production industry.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the central kitchen and restaurant to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chefs and kitchen staff, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the quality control team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities and findings, including HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, particularly food safety and hygiene, to ensure compliance.
- Provide training and support to kitchen staff on quality assurance processes, food safety, and best practices.
- Report on quality performance metrics to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage)
