**The Role**

You will be an integral first point of contact by welcoming patients, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and running a busy and diverse office. If you excel in customer service and have a caring nature, you will be an amazing and valued addition to the team.

**Your Day Looks Like This**:

- Welcome patients on arrival to the clinic.
- Manage and optimise clinical schedules and payments.
- Prepare patient documentation.
- Assist with general administration and financial duties.
- Manage medical records and accurately keep information updated.

To be considered for this role you will have at least two years’ Admin experience, preferably in a medical practice.
- Previous interaction with both patients and medical professionals
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Understanding of financials (accounts payable & receivable)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Quick to learn new systems.
