**Company**: Is a global commercial finance company established in the 1970's and having recently entered the Australian market. They are focused on commercial equipment finance (rental or leasing) referred from dealers, vendors and direct customers.

Their platform has also been working well for brokers needing a simple platform to fund any sort of commercial asset, around bigger transactions.

Unlike many players, this company has their own balance sheet to lend. They are a funder.

**Opportunity**: Will be the 1st person to have feet on the ground in WA for this lender. Following the roll out in the Eastern states, they have been grabbing significant market share for their fast and simple equipment rental platform.

**Role**: Reports to the MD in Melbourne and will own the WA region looking to originate relationships with: Vendors, Brokers and Dealers.

They focus on business equipment finance. As such, the dealers and brokers use this platform to fund business CAPEX needs with equipment leasing out to 60 month terms.

Pay for assets as you use them and the dealers have customers on a payment platform, to better use leasing to retain them in future.

This role is originations focused and being a global funder, you will likely be building a support team around you as you grow their presence in WA. This has already happened in NSW, VIC and QLD.

1. Prior B2B sales origination history focused on building reseller, vendor or introducer networks.
2. Understanding of equipment finance, including equipment rental over terms to 60 months.
3. Motivated and happy to work autonomously
