For a Retail Customer Service Assistant, we would expect at least one year of experience in retail, but this is not strictly necessary, with emphasis on retail solutions.

For all roles your main focus will be to ensure that everything you do reflects your commitment to excellence and to provide an amazing in-store customer experience.

**_Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: _**
- Greet and serve customers in a confident, professional and friendly manner
- Ensure stock inventory is effectively managed
- Re-ordering low stock

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service preferred but not strictly necessary
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport

Schedule
Has to be able to work weekends.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
