We're on the lookout for our first retail superstar for societywild

We're a small, Newcastle owned and run fashion brand with a love for providing our customers with unique fashion choices to help them express their individuality.

Based at our Westfield Kotara store, we're looking for a casual staff member with Saturday availability and occasional weekday availability.

This is a unique retail opportunity to work within an upcoming brand and grow with us. As we are a small store, we're looking for someone who is comfortable working autonomously and eager to learn and dive head first into a new experience.

While we may have a smaller space, we go big on customer service We pride ourselves on the opportunity to give our customers feel comfortable and at home while giving a more personal one-on-one style shopping experience within a large retail centre.

Being a small, local brand in a growth phase, we're highly focused on ensuring our customers have a great experience in-store and walk out feeling educated and proud of their purchase from us. As such, we're looking for people who are keen and confident to engage with customers, have high attention to detail, a passion for retail and showcasing small and local brands, ability to remain calm under pressure and excellent organisation, mutil-tasking and problem solving skills.

We're looking for someone who is available throughout the upcoming holiday period and into January and looking to continue with us into the New Year.

While fashion retail experience isn't necessary, experience in a previous customer service role is preferred.

**Salary**: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour
