**Company Description** About the hospital**
ARH Brisbane, a specialist and emergency hospital at Sinnamon Park in Brisbane’s west, opened 8 years ago and has grown steadily since. Our purpose-designed, state of the art hospital offers neurology, internal medicine, small animal surgery, surgical and medical oncology services as well as an after-hours emergency and critical care service.
Facilities include in-house diagnostic laboratory, CT and MRI scanners, digital radiography, electo-diagnostic equipment, ultrasound and endoscopy.
**Job Description** About the internship**
Interns work under the guidance of our medical neurology specialist and resident, assisted by experienced nursing staff. Interns also have close involvement with our other professional services, including specialists in internal medicine, surgery, diagnostic imaging, critical care and oncology.
Interns are expected to participate in daily rounds and weekly journal club or case presentations. They are encouraged, if eligible, to work towards completion of an ANZCVS membership examination and/or a peer reviewed publication within the year.

The position includes 4 week’s annual leave, 1 week of study leave with a CE allowance and paid overtime.
**Qualifications** Requirements**
The internship will commence in July 2025 and is for 12 months with an option to extend to 18 months.
