Warehouse Administrator

**Pallet Controller**

My client is seeking a pallet Controller to join their growing team based in Forrestfield. As a pallet controller you will be in charge of effectively managing pallets in and out of the warehouse to maintain control and costs.

**This includes but is not limited to**:

- Manage and maintain pallet accounts
- Recording, reconciliation and reporting pallet movements in our 2IC Pallet Management System
- Liaising with customers, Distribution Centres, and other sites to ensure that pallet movements are accurately recorded and managed.
- Be proactive to prevent pallet loss.
- Maintain strict processes for managing/transferring pallets internally between sites.
- Investigation and resolution of pallet transaction queries
- Experience using 2IC
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to Safety
- Experience in the transport industry would be an advantage
- Most of all be highly motivated and eager to learn.
