Our Client is a well-known Tertiary Education provider who offer flexible work arrangements and pride themselves on a collaborative and hard-working team culture. This position is a pivotal role providing high quality administration support to the Executives. It's an ideal opportunity for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced Senior support role.
Key Accountabilities are as follows:

- Diary & travel managements
- Credit card/financial reconciliations
- Managing the organisation of meetings - agendas, minute taking, distribution of materials and timely follow up action
- Preparing correspondence, briefing papers and presentations
- Providing administration support to high level committees
- Providing administrative support on a range of operational activities in collaboration with key stakeholders and other business areas

To be considered for this position you will have at least 5 years EA/PA experience in a similar role supporting Executives / Senior Management level. Importantly, you will have highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to build relationships, engage and foster collaboration. You will have demonstrated time management skills along with strong skills using MS Office (including Excel) and a proven record of preparing high quality documentation with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a temporary assignment available for immediate commencement for 6 months with the potential of becoming permanent. Standard hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm with a minimum 30 minute lunch break. The hourly rate is $50 per hour + Super dependent on experience.
