The primary objective of this position is to assist with the creation of digital models and integrated data from the initial design phase to the construction phase. The responsibilities will encompass assisting with the BIM workflow, addressing any possible problems during modeling, clash detection, and data conversion promptly and effectively.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Drawing setup & production of detailed Electrical Services shop drawings through Revit
- Modelling 3D elements accurately in conjunction with 2D mark-ups
- Co-ordination of Electrical services for clash detection with other services contractors
- Maintain technical standards as per contractual obligations
- Continuous development of templates and families as required
- Collaborating with designers, engineers, estimators, foremen, business developers, and clients to meet project expectations.
- Preparing electrical construction and as-built drawings
- Working with Engineers to translate design concepts into documentation for construction

**About you**:

- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks (ideally within the electrical space including circuiting etc.)
- A high level of experience with producing coordinated services drawings (including plant room layouts, sections, details, schematics)
- A desire to develop your design skills - there is a wealth of opportunity to grow internally in due course.
- Experience on large scale projects with high number of drawings
- BIM360/Revizto experience would be advantageous
- A track record of meeting project deadlines.
