**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Site Supervisor** to take charge of demolition projects across Melbourne and surrounding areas. You’ll be leading site operations, managing teams of up to 10 workers, and ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and—most importantly—safely.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Take command** - Oversee demolition sites, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
**Plan & execute** - Read and interpret demolition plans, coordinate daily tasks, and keep the job on track.
**Manage resources** - Ensure tools, equipment, and machinery are ready to go.
**Keep safety first** - Enforce high safety and quality standards across all sites.
**Solve challenges** - Work closely with project managers to tackle any site issues head-on.
**Lead the team** - Direct and motivate workers, ensuring seamless collaboration.

**Where You'll Be Working**
- Most of our work is **within 50km of Melbourne CBD**, but some projects take us further out. **For jobs beyond this range, we cover travel, accommodation, and meal allowances**—so you’re always taken care of

**What You Need**

**White Card** (mandatory)
**WWC (Working with Children Check)** (mandatory)
**Strong English communication skills** (spoken & written)
**Solid demolition/construction industry experience**
**Additional tickets/licenses? A big plus**
