**Create your best future and join Westpac as a Credit Assessor** - Permanent, full-time role - Role based in Lockleys, SA - You will attend full time training in the office (Monday to Friday) for approximately 6 months and then transition to hybrid working where you will work 3 days in the office and can work the remaining days from home. - This role will commence on approx. the 2nd of February 2026 **What’s the role?** Key responsibilities include: - Assessing creditworthiness and serviceability while adhering to lending regulations - Building strong relationships with brokers by providing guidance and maintaining trust - Ensuring audit, compliance, and quality standards are met to minimize risk **What do I need?** - Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise, consult and advise internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High attention to detail and accuracy - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Finance/banking background desirable **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
